Kiwanis International Objects: The six permanent Objects of Kiwanis International were approved by Kiwanis club delegates at the 1924 International Convention in Denver, Colorado. Through the decades, they have remained unchanged.

To give primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values in life.
We believe the true value of people is found in their hearts, not in their wallets.

To encourage the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.
We believe in treating others the way we would want to be treated.

To promote the adoption and the application of higher social, business and professional standards.
We believe in exercising utmost integrity.

To develop by precept and example, a more intelligent, aggressive and serviceable citizenship.
We believe in being role models as informed, active, involved citizens. We are constantly aware of what the community needs and we turn that into action.

To provide through Kiwanis Clubs a practical means to form enduring friendships, to render altruistic service and to build better communities.
We believe that friendships are as important as the service. As teams of volunteers - as clubs - we can offer more opportunities for people's hearts to be touched through serving others..

To cooperate in creating and maintaining that sound public opinion and high idealism which make possible the increase of righteousness, justice, patriotism and goodwill.
We believe in the high ideal of standing up for what is right.

They also enjoy new social and business networking opportunities with the wide variety of members in their club. And, together, they combine their interests and skills to improve their community in ways that make a real impact in the lives of children.
